If a player is blocked then you will never see any statistics for that player.
Do you mean players who have reset their statistics?
Unfortunately its not a simple fix for us, but we are working on an entirely new version of SharkScope that will be launched fairly soon, that will definitely fix this. Please bear with us....
The total profits we show are recalculated every time you search for a player, they are simply the totals of the results of the tournaments you've played. If you have any queries about the profits...

Search by tournament id on the Search Database page (as long as its a network supported by the tournament selector).
