Are you sure you don't have some other HUD software installed? The SharkScope HUD runs as sharkscope.exe, we don't have anything that would appear as a hud_x exe or application.

PokerStars had a network wide outage, not a lot we could do about that.
We can't think how those exes would have any effect on the HUD. What happens if you kill those exes?

Yes, the HUD doesn't support launching PokerStars.be at the moment but we'll get it added in the next HUD release.

We are not aware of any current problems with the HUD and 888. Do you have any anti virus software running that you could try disabling to see if it helps?
