FullTilt Tracking Back Up (Mostly)
We are pleased to announce that our coverage of FullTilt results has now resumed after the recent FullTilt update to a new cross platform client.
We are now tracking the vast majority of tournament results again (with the current exception of Matrix tournaments which we hope to add tomorrow and scheduled tournaments which will follow shortly after).
We are still working on the Tournament Selector so it will be a little while before this is up and running. However the searching of registering and running games by Tournament ID is available again.
The SharkScope HUD has been tested to work with the latest FullTilt update, but if you are still experiencing any problems please contact support@sharkscope.com with the details.
FullTilt updated their software on the 8th of July and tracking resumed on around the 12th of July. Unfortunately all tournaments played between those dates have been missed and cannot be retrieved.
We cannot insert missed results based on user reports because we require independent verification of all results to protect the integrity of our database.

This is lame... I have a good run on Sunday and win several tourneys, among them a 1v1 sng for $220.00, which would have upped my "Total Profit" and ROI% above 0.
If you folks can't get your act together and keep stats current... if you have an outage... you should reset all stats so that what you show is accurate.
I would never subscribe to your service, because the numbers you display for users are NOT AT ALL accurate.
As of now you are still missing lots of tournaments on FT. Also looking up current games for a player never finds them playing any games. Not even the tournament where I'm sitting at the same table as they are.
Never thought I'ld care but it is a little frustrating when you finally win a tournament and get several hundred after being stuck around zero for a long time.
With my monthly sub ending tomorrow I think now would be the perfect time to have it fixed ...
The tracking of Matrix tournaments is now back online.
Unfortunately the "Current Games" is part of the Tournament Selector and therefore won't be operational again until the Tournament Selector is back.
We are aware that our tracking isn't at 100% yet, so please bear with us, it will improve over the course of the week.
I'm afraid we do not include results in the database that cannot be independently verified. Anything sent to us by a user could have been altered - and in the past we have been sent doctored tournament reports - hence we have to have the rule that we will not insert missed results for FullTilt with no exceptions. I'm sorry for any disappointment caused by this.

I just got 4th in a tournament early july 14th for 1200. It was tracked by OPR, wouldn't this be enough verification for you that it indeed took place? I'm not going to whine and complain if you can't do much about it but it seems in this scenario that would be something easily fixable. (not to mention trustworthy)
The point isnt that you cant prove the games you won. Its so I cant come in here and send them 200 SNG's that I won and none that I lost. Did I actually win those SNG's? Yes. Would it make it easy to manipulate it into making it look like your better than you are? Definately. With the staking sites and suc its better for SS to make you look worse then better so leaving them out is the best.
And lol @ all the shitty players in this thread complaining cuz their ROI was almost up to 0
Is Full Tilt tracking down again? It would be nice if there were bulletins on the sharkscope site when the tracking is down so players could decide whether they want to play without tracking . BTW, sharkscope has greatly increased my enjoyment and improvement at online poker....so much so that I hardly want to play when the tracking is off! Keep up the good work and thanks for such an great product.
Update: We're capturing some scheduled tournaments now, although complete coverage for these is a few days away.
SnG coverage is currently running at around 80%, we expect to have this up to near 100% and the Tournament Selector back in about 3 days.

guys, why aren't you glad you will be shown as a losing player? IMO I'd love to win every friggin tourney on FT for the last 4 days and nobody will notice.

I'll join the band here. I actually dont mind, dont care if my results are not tracked, especially when I win.
However the fundamental missing feature for me is that it's a real pain that the Tournament Selector with advanced search enabled and these options : Holdem / No Limit / Any Speed / Any Seats / Full Tilt / All formats systematically give >> ' No registering tournaments'..
So I end up registering random with no selection.. Fell into 2 sharkpits in a row.. painfull..
Any idea when tournament selector with search options will work for FullTilt. works for other rooms..

Dude, if you aren't paying a subscription fee, why are you whining? Frankly i could care less if they miss a few stats, I am much more concerned that the tournament selector isn't working at all. Maybe if you lurkers actually paid for subscriptions they would have the funding to get the site running faster. I say drop the five free searches a day and let em pay!
Now I am a payiing customer, and I am due to renew in 5 days. Can sharkscope admin tell me if the selector will be working or do I need to postpone my renewal.

At the present moment we think tracking is now back to close to 100% for SNGs, we are just working on getting the Tournament Selector updates fast enough - although it is partially usable at the moment - and getting the scheduled tournament % back up.
Please try to understand HOW IT FEELS, when sharkscope says "373 games, 4% +4583" and ACTUALLY IS "605 games, 16%, +21900". I really wanna kill myself. Because obviously that was a good run, and I am going to lose about 20-50% of that + soon because of variance. So according to sharkscope I'll be a losing player for a long time?
I really doubt there are no ways to verify that hans history is real/fake. Please guys try to think about it.
But anyways thank you for working hardly on fixing this issue about fulltilt at all..
