Well I bought the product because it said "supports ultimate bet". Now I noticed it doesnt give stats on table on ultimate bet.
Figuring, leaving such information out of registeration/purchase page, is this fair marketing? Yes it reads otherwhere, but giving screenshots with such feature on it, and not telling it doesnt work on some sites listed on "supported sites", bs?
So I have 2 questions;
1. When will ultimate bet be fully supported?
2. Will I get extended license for inconvinence?
3. Is this good publicity for sharkscope?
4. What would I or SharkScope accomplish putting the word on?

As it states on the site, Ultimate Bet is fully supported. We have no known problems with the HUD working on Ultimate Bet at this time. If you have a problem getting the HUD to work on your computer, then please contact support@sharkscope.com with the following log file immediately after you have opened a tournament table:
c:\program files\sharkscope\log.txt
Noting that I could still call my credit card company to decline the bill, I won't though... But I could.
