hello,
i purchased 200 searches and after using roughly 100 of them when i log in now i just have the 5 free searches and no advanced searches. did the 200 searches expire after a certain timeframe, have i used them all (highly unlikely i am almost certain i had over 100 left) or has there been some sort of malfunction which you could rectify.

If I buy a 200 searches for 9,99$, then I can use the detailed search option?
Or it may only be able to use monthly subscribers?
The 200 flat rate package doesn't expire so you must be logging in with the wrong account. Try looking through your emails for your purchase confirmation email as that will tell you the account you purchased on.
