Is it just me or is fulltilt not updating sharkscope today since this new software update. is this going to be perminent or just temp, has it got anything to do with opr being shut down from fulltilt aswel?
It updated AGAIN today, and once again the HUD is no longer working.
I can't even get Full Tilt to work after this mornings update.
Hangs at the log on screen and says " not responding ".
Boy they sure know how to screw things up.
Somebody there needs to be fired.
I'm on FT right now and its working fine for me. You should try uninstalling/reinstalling. It shouldn't overwrite your notes, but if you're worried it might, backup your username.xml file in your FT directory.
The only workarounds we've found for the FullTilt start up bug is to reinstall or reboot (note this bug has nothing to do with the HUD) - in which case it normally works first time and then breaks again later on.
Hopefully they will fix it in the near future as its extremely annoying.
What are ur procedure at short term for those (as me) who have paid to have sharkscope for Full tilt?
We could have extra days (each days missing) added at the end of the subscription or something like that.

Yesterday after the update, FT wouldn't even start. Froze at the log on screen.
I spent a good portion of the day un-installing, removing left over registry entries, downloading again from FT and then installing.
Same frikin thing.
Every so often when I click on the log on button the main window will say I'm logged in but everything is frozen. Then pretty soon I get the old " not responding " message.
FT is completely broken on this machine with XP SP3.
I'm afraid to try it on my Windows 7 laptop.
It worked find there before the update but I haven't started FT on the laptop since the update and I'm leery of even trying to put the update on it.
Guess I really don't have much to lose. It probably won't work there either. If it doesn't I just keep playing at Carbon.
Only problem is FT has my money and I can't even log on to file to get my money.
They don't have much but it's aggravating.
If all the games on fulltilt are lost from last few days, is there a way i can have them put in manually? i've been on fire and i've just been playin some good solid poker and would love to be able to chart it and compare.

I had this problem and FTP support were no use. In the end I solved it by uninstalling ffdshow and then reinstalling it.
If you dont have it then try installing it.
