Support for Empire Poker has now been added to the HUD.
HUD not running in new party update, or this only my problem?
Unfortunately the latest Party update broke the HUD, but we should have a patch out tomorrow, or at the latest Friday to fix this.
Version 1.0.106 is not fix this problem =(((

Today is monday and i just bought sharkscope hud, since the website says, that it works with partypoker. Now i see it doesn't.
When will it work ?
I assume that the time where it doesn't work will not count as part of the subscripted month.
Unfortunately our development team has hit some unexpected problems with adding support for the latest Party update, so its taking longer than expected.
But I am promised it will be ready at the latest on Wednesday (if not sooner).
We will of course add extra days to your subscriptions if you email our support once the HUD is fully working again.

When i open a table, the stats for the players already sitting there shows, but as soon as i sit down the stats dissapear.

We have finally identified the problem, and we are hopeful of getting a patch done on Monday or Tuesday.
We've just released the patch (1.0.108) that should finally solve this problem.
It's better but it still doesn't work probably.
The stats ain't showing for all the players. out of two tables it shows at 4/6 at one table and at no one at the other table
and then someone busst out, the stats still shows
I am very upset that the problem has still not been solved, I think the expiration of the term of subscription, can I renew it for free, when the program goes work=)

Today without my agreement 30usd were take away from my account at Moneybookers like fee for using Sharkscope. But this program doesnt works at Party Poker, and I cant use it. So I would like to get my money back.

mmmouse when you signed up to create your subscription you had the box for auto recurring every month checked. If you want to cancel your subscription you can do so by clicking "Cancel subscription" which will be on every page of SharkScope.com once you login.
If you would a refund for the most recent month then please contact support@sharkscope.com.
For all other problems relating to the HUD please email support@sharkscope.com with your log file (c:\program files\sharkscope\log.txt) from immediately after the problem has occurred as this is the only way we can try and diagnose these issues.

the Party HUD works perfectly on the vast majority of computers with the release of version 1.0.113. We'd be happy to provide you with a refund if you have any problems.




It doesn't currently, but I'll get that added in the next release for you.
