SHARKSCOPE dont work on ONGAME.IT?

From this morning sharkscope dont cover ONGAME.IT games ...its correct? and why? what happened?

Yes, OnGame.it tracking is currently down I'm afraid, and unfortunately it may take a day or 2 to restore coverage. It is our top priority.....

if it's about ongame network, then the system is missing tournaments still making my subscription useless

#5 Ongame introduce a bug into

Ongame introduce a bug into their Italian system that make their software unreliably show tournament results. Last night night they introduced the same bug into their main Ongame network when presumably they applied the same software update. We're working on a solution and have partial coverage back on both networks, but unfortunately it may take a day or two before we are capturing all games again, unless Ongame actually fix their bugged software before then.
