Yesterday I've purchased the standard search for $9.99 using m debit virtual card issued by neteller. Their merchant said me "thank you for purchasing you will be redirect to sharkscope site" but my search were still at 5/0 and I NEVER RECEIVED any confirmation email.
The point is that my account on neteller has been BILLED of $9.99 I've contacted the support showing the details of this transaction and they said me " I am sorry we can see from the log you pasted that the transaction is still in pending"
But this is absolutly senseless !!! All transactions from merchats are working in this way!!!! Basically their merchant approved the transaction so i cant wait 1 week before the transaction will be cleared.... They dont want even make a verify contacting their merchant.. .it's just ABSURD.. we are talking about $9.99 not $ 1.000.000 why they have to be so lazy ????

hacking what? What the hell are you talking about? Your site is plenty of bugs , i did not get search and i am banned? DO you realize which accuses are you moving to me saying " I have hacked your site" ???
True your site is bugged , last night it was saying me i hd -37 search and i could keep searching INFINITE for free... this guy is right he is not a hacker is ur site bugged...

What account did you make the payment on? We have no recorded payments for the email address associated with this account.
