I just purchased a video and lost the credits and didn't receive the video. This happened twice so I'm out 4 credits with no new videos to watch

Hi Schiiff.

Navigate to your profile and click on the unlocked videos tab. This is where you'll be able to see and keep track of the videos you've unlocked.

What videos have you unlocked? Did you unlock any videos today? I need a few more details so I can help troubleshoot this issue you're having.

I see that you should have PimpinDonks #1 Multi-Table SNG's 4-Tables and PimpinDonks #6 6 Tabling Multi-Table SNG's .

i have the same problem, I ended up using up all my credits trying to unlock it as well. I had 4 left. It's the new pimpindonks video.

Those are the two videos I have. I tried purchasing the Pimpindonks Bubble Play for 45 Player SNG. I tried purchasing it twice so I am out 4 credits. Thanks

This must be an issue on our end then. I've temporarily disabled video unlockings so that nobody else runs into this issue. I'll try to get this cleared up as soon as possible.

edit: yep, definitely an issue on our end. I've asked our developer Jonathan (jbrown) to look into this tomorrow.

Fixed. All video unlocks are working now. I've also refunded any credits that were lost as a result of duplicate purchases. Enjoy!
