Whats wrong?
Ongame tracking is back up now, we are in the process of recovering all the missed tournaments.
No - it doesnt work (again)
We've identified some problems with certain games not getting tracked and we are looking into...

did you finish with the process of gathering the games since the last update on ongame? We are using sharkscope as a reference in a challenge and I believe I miss around 1,7k in the results for last week.

unfortunately we have had to upgrade our Ongame trackers again to cope with the new Ongame poker client. During this transition we have lost a number of games. One of the benefits of the new system we've just rolled out is that completely games are now recorded as soon as they finish, rather than the old system which had a 4 hour delay. One of disadvantages of the new system is that we can no longer allow missing games to be reported.
However if the win was in a scheduled tournament from the last week or so we might be able retrieve it if you have the tournament reference.
Moving forward in the next few days we expect to add a number of upgrades to our Ongame coverage, including adding it to the tournament selector.

So is there no way to restore the lost games now?
This would be a very bad news for me since it can possibly cost me a sidebet 
The instant tracking will be nice... won't solve my problem though.

The new tracking is working awesome, just as fast as with Full Tilt now. Awesome work guys!
Looks like I missed a couple of games just like wooysiah, but what the heck... You claim 99% coverage, so this must have been the 1%
