What I am supposed to do to get Icons/Stats on Stars-Tables beeing moved to the the right positions?
I use the preferred seat-options from the stars lobby.
Does that mean that you cant use Sharkscope HUD op PokerStars ?
Yes you can use it on PokerStars, you just can't use the preferred seat option.
Just want to register a vote that this is kind of a catastrophe.

I agree with you that they should fix their software to handle preferred seating. It's probably on a list somewhere of upgrades desired or needed. Since sharkscope supports so many poker sites, all of which constantly update their software, the sharkscope programmers probably have their hands full just trying to keep the stats showing up on all the sites. It's hard to guess if making the stats show up correctly would be a one-day or a three-month job for a programmer. If it was a quick and easy fix they probably would have already completed it. I played for a while on Poker Stars before I knew the preferred seating existed and I was fine with it. Then I discovered it and after a few thousand hands I was addicted to it and wondered how i ever played from all over the table. If you always have the same seat it seems easier to tell quickly what position you are in from the button. I guess untill this option is supported, you could drag the stat-line to the correct player if you are in a 1-table SnG. I dotn know but I am guessing that would be a one time per table inconvience to get them all moved around to position. What happens when you are on a multi-table tourney is probably completely different with players coming and going and moving to new tables.

Yeah. Just got HUD and its super annoying not having preferred seating. Preferred seating makes multi tabling alot easier imo and lets face it most ppl who get HUD will prob be multi tabling so sort it out please.

Preferred seating for PokerStars was added in version 1.0.154 which was released on Mar 10 2010.
Every time I launch it my preferences reset to seat zero. Is this normal?
I haven't heard of a problem like this being encountered before. Are you running the HUD as an administrator?
Not running as admin & I'm using Win 7. Every time I want to run the HUD it takes to the website and I have to download it again also.
that's really odd. So you are clicking on the HUD short cut on your desktop and this is taking you to the website instead of starting the HUD?
Sorry, two different issues. The first one is with the HUD, which was really wonky last night. It wasn't a seat selection issue because my data was no where on the table. It was just showing some bizarre, really bad data for me. No idea where it came from but when I looked at my player graphs, they looked fine.
The second issue about having to download and open every time is with the Tournament Opener. Sorry for the confusion (my confusion that is). I'm new to the program.
Unfortunately the HUD does not yet support the preferred seat option on PokerStars.
