when i report missing games how long does it take for the stats to update?
i submitted some games on friday. stats did not change. still 21 tourneys.
so i copied and pasted my 51 tourney-id´s in ur report-missing-tournament form. i received two e-mails confirming there were 9 new tournaments processed.
1. 51-21=30, not 9
2. the 9 processed tournaments also don´t appear, still 21.
so seems like something does not work? i´m pretty sure it´s not me.

None of these tournaments were processed because they are already in the database. They are however marked as Scheduled Tournaments. I'll see if we can get that corrected at some point.

would be nice if that would be corrected, my sng stats are at -45% for the 22$ where it should be +35%. looks ugly to me.
The same is true for e.g. some 55$s i guess?
They will normally get updated within an hour.
