Can someone at Sharkscope tell me why FullTilt tournaments are still being missed? (Apparently every time I win a 45 person - though this tends to be when I check so I predict it is missing about 10-20% of games I play).

As you charge a fee for this service, some answers would be appreciated in addition to 'FullTilt tracking is back up'. It's clearly not operational.

And why can't we submit Tournament IDs for missed tournaments?

Clicking on the more details link does NOT explain why tournaments are still not being recorded.

We wouldn't mind if you just admitted there was a problem - but telling us that sng's etc are being tracked (with a few exceptions) just isn't true.

Since you claimed you have sorted out the problems since the full tilt update, tournaments are STILL being missed.

Why am I paying for a service that is not being provided?

Overall support of FullTilt and current status is not clear. Could you please regroup and do a single post to keep us uptodate ? I only play fulltilt so this is a problem.
My current reading is :

- tournament selector : does not work
- HUD: does not load
- search data base : works for players and tourney IDs (but once you have already joined and started playing, can be too late as oy find out it's a shark pit !).

Would be good to have link on the web site with real time update and estimation of when will get fixed.

really upset with update problems for FTP sng - regly play there so i see lost results every day!

Sharkscope admin,

I am disapointed in sharkscopes attitude to this request, I have paid quite a bit of money towards sharkscope and in the past I have enjoyed everything about it, giving sarcastic answers isn't funny nor professional, and its true around 10-20% of sng results don't show up but for a friend of mine his scheduled tournaments have not shown up at all. I managed to get the results on pokerprolabs.com and officialpokerrankings.com but not on sharkscope. like i said I love your service but you have to be nice to us regular users or you will loose business, can you please explain the full situation so we understand why this problem is happening to you and not to other sites and is it going to be fixed otherwise its not worth me getting it again next month, also will you update the last couple of weeks to show our results in full because thats a big difference to your leaderboards and stuff.

Wow. I understand that the sharkscope guys are trying their best to get it back up to 99% tracking, but this response by sharkscopeadmin is appalling.

Mark me down as one of the people that will be taking this into serious consideration next time account renewal time comes around.

Full till have done alot of upgrading. I'm sure Sharkscope are doing the best they can.

The way you guys carry on you think they do it on purpose.
Its almost childish.
