Well, repeated emails to support go unanswered, things posted to the forum asking for help get ignored, this isn't the customer service i am used to from sharkscope.

what's up with the tourney selector and full tilt. why is it starting to lag so badly, and why did it not lag for at least a month after the major full tilt upgrade. doesn't that indicate that is does not have to lag like it does?

at least have the decency to say you don't know why it's lagging, or why the lag seems to be getting worse with time.

it is NOT dependant on how many people are accessing the server. the same number of player are playing today that were playing after the upgrade.

cmon, admin, at least tell me to take a hike. my 500 per day sub expires jan 28,2010. after being a three year subscriber, i'll just switch to 5 free searches and save all the money if you can't at least have the common decency to reply to a long standing customer.
