Blogs and activity feed

When I check the activity feed for the blogs I see the list of blog posts with a number of replies and underneath the replies count is a count of new replies (since my last check). The new replies count has a link - which I thought it would take me to the first new reply - yet it always takes me to the first reply on the first page then I have to go on clicking hunting for the new replies on the following pages.
Is this normal?

That is correct. It's working for less than 30 comments when they are all on one page. Doesn't work for more than 30 comments.
Will wait for the future fixes then
Thanks

The url should have '#new' appended to the end of it which should cause the page to jump to the comments you haven't read. This will hopefully work for you if the post has 30 comments or less. I can confirm that it's not working for posts with 30 or more comments though, since the comments are broken up into new pages.
I'll add this to the fix/improvement queue for our future version of SharkScopers.
