Sometimes the HUD / Sharkscope stats will not appear. I play on Party and it does seem to happen mostly when I've started the HUD but don't start playing directly (for example I start Party through the SS HUD but don't start a table until maybe an hour later). What I usually do then is restart my computer after my first session and it will work fine again. That said I have seen the stats appear maybe half an hour into my session again.
Whatever is causing this, I guess a sort of reset option that will try to display the HUD stats again would be a nice feature in a future release.
Can you send the following file to support@sharkscope.com immediately after the problem has occurred and they can take look:
c:\program files\sharkscope\log.txt
If you have left the Party client for some time, it may have disconnected from its server, in which case there may not be anything we can do about that I'm afraid.
UB is doing the same thing. I pop into a tourney and get no stats at all.
