When I hit launch it just says at that screen, never transitions into the HUD. Tried with Doyles since that is the only other room I play on and worked fine on there. Any help admin?

We've finally been able to reproduce the problem, so should have a fix out in the next day or 2.
We've just released 1.0.169 which should fix all issues with the various Merge skins.
hi the hud is not frezing now but it is not geting player names or displaying the overlay can you help please im playing on players only vip.
same here, I don't get any stats with any tourneys still

your software is not doing any thing it is suposed to do have tryed suport but replies slow and not helping.
im running windows 7 no anty virus usin lobby or new window no diference. play aces vip, pkr, poker stars, full tilt .org and i cant get the hud to work on any are you able to help or can i have a partial refund as im very disapointed.
If the HUD is not working on any network for you then there can only be either some software you have installed on your computer that is causing the problem, or its something simply like you are launching the pokersites incorrectly.
Are you opening the HUD, clicking to launch your poker room, and then opening a real money tournament table (no other types of table will have stats overlayed on them)?
Do you have any other software installed that you suspect might interfere with HUD. Any sort of security software for example?
i start sharkscope and open site from within.
i dont have any other software that would interfere.
i dont have any software or anty virus or any thing that could interfere with it.
i play regular tournys and sit and go double ups and bountys.
i start sharkscope hud then select merge network then players only vip then hit launch.
the site opens and the hud changes then nothing thats it
i think its a windows 7 issue i loded every thing on to old xp laptop and it works any assistance would be apreciated.
Never i can use sharkscope software correctly,is incredible,the stats appears in the wrong place or for example in the table are 10 players and i only can see 7 or 8 stats,why???
will the hud work with 64 bit windows 7 operating system. as i think that is were my problem is could you check and let me know please.

Any one who was having problems with Merge network skins please try again with the latest build 1.0.174 as this has a fix that will help most people (though we are aware of at least one remaining bug we need to solve).
The HUD is tested to work with 64bit Windows 7.
