I wonder if PokerStars have added something to prevent PS loading through Sharkscope HUD. When I try and load it, it says "failed to initialize, please contact support@pokerstars.com"...

My hud is not showing any stats after it downloaded update. Just bought it 2 days ago and had two problems already. SS page is working normaly. It seems there is working one person part time at support so i am writing here. Is this standart practise for a soft that costed me more then lets say new Ms Office? Considering asking money back.

Obviously support is unreachable as usual and it simply tilts me to pay for product that only couses me problem. Will ask my money back and not continue with subscription when it expires. Payed for SS 5 years in a row, but it seems this company simply can keep up with situation. So many problems lately and this was last drop.

I just installed it and i bought a 3 months subscription for 500 searches because of free installation for HUD. it simply doesn't work for me. i'm on pokerstars and the thing just doesn't work. great work SS!
We updated the HUD yesterday to support the latest version of the PokerStars client. Unfortunately it appears the Pokerstars are only gradually rolling their update to users, so not everyone will have this update yet.
Please try downloading the latest PokerStars client from the Pokerstars website and that should be the correct version to work with the HUD,
Only now i understood what is the problem. It seems you are not offered any update on PS when you lounch it within you SS HUD. I started PS client without hud and it offered me update. After instaling it everything works again. Its 1 line email suport should write to anybody to solve this. Why its not happening? Why its so difficult to make some screenshot and make manual? For example, i noticed that i am not able to open observers table when HUD is on. Is this true?
P.S. Programer should fix this bug to alow HUD instaling PS updates in the future. It is preaty obvious it can be big problem.
I have latest PS client, the latest SS HUD, but still no HUD on the tables.
Works for me now. But yeah, have no idea for how long.

If you are still having a problem please email support@sharkscope.com and they will be able to give you a file that will fix the problem. Unfortunately we can't put it in a normal build yet as this file doesn't work for all users.

Yes, the HUD doesn't support launching PokerStars.be at the moment but we'll get it added in the next HUD release.
Stars has definitely had an update, client version 5.346.
