Unfortunately coding and testing takes time. We are doing it as fast as we can though.

Still doesn't work anyway near optimal. Got it to work for 2/6 people on one of my tables an hour ago, but doesn't work at all now.

HUD NOT WORKING STILL!!!

It keeps saying establishing connection when trying to join a table. But if you close sharkscope HUD and join a table it is fine. So it is not a problem with party poker. This also happened when trying to play the sunday 250k guarenteed tornament awhile ago (not sure if you ever fixed this bug?)

When will the HUD work again??????

Yup! I just paid for my sharkscope subscription yesterday to realize that the HUD isn't even working =/

i know dude, their not even replying to our posts. even a courtesy email to say that the problem may take awhile would be appreciated. it will be 3 weeks tomorrow the hud has been down for party poker, which has been paid for too! there is no reason for this, they need to use a bit of the money their getting from our subscriptions and employ someone who can actually deal with these issues.

I'm afraid we are getting towards the end of the things we can try at our end as we simply haven't been able to reproduce the problem. We fixed some other problems we thought would be the cause of the problem but they obviously haven't done the job. So we need your help to try and figure out what things everyone who has posted on here has in common.

We're thinking it must be a combination of bugs that are being triggered as that is why its so hard to pin down.

Is everyone using the main Party Poker skin?
What anti virus software do you have installed?
What O/S do you have?
Does the problem occur for all tournament types or just specific ones?

that you can send us after a problem has occurred will definitely help.

I'm sorry this is taking so long but until we can reproduce the problem its hard to give a time frame to fix it.

I changed the background picture. Except that, yes.

Avast Internet Security, but i tried with that disabled, so that doesn't seem to be the problem.

Does the problem occur for all tournament types or just specific ones?

Only tried it in 6max SnGs. It doesn't always happen, but it's guaranteed to happen between the 1st and 5th SnG i start.

Using windows 7. All skins are original and am using AVG anti-virus. As you can tell.. only a fraction of the HUD displays are visible, and they are not even aligned with the players' names.

I was wondering if we get extensions on our subscriptions because the only reason I even decided to get a subscription was because of the HUD.

Ike22, what happens if you click the reset HUD layout button? Note you can use the mouse to drag the overlays to the positions you want.

We'll be happy to sort out free extensions etc as soon as we figure out what the problem is.

When I click reset HUD layout button, it reloads the HUD overlays. However, when i click the overlays in order to position them, they completely disappear.

We've just released 1.0.215 that should fix most of the issues that involve table opening and loss of connections. Ike22 please let us know if you still experience the overlays disappearing when you click on them. We think most likely they are getting moved off screen somewhere so we'll need to do some more investigation on that one.

Thanks for the support Sharkscope Admins! Everything seems to be working properly now. The problem with the overlays disappearing seems to have been due to my desktop tray being vertically setup (as seen in the screenshot) as opposed to the normal horizontal setup at the bottom. Once I set it up horizontally at the bottom along with the new update, everything seems to be working perfectly!

I just sign up to use the hud but it does not work! It appears fine when I switched on but when I play a poker game nothing happens!! No names of players n 'appears in the table etc. ............ no information is disclosed n! Do I have to do special handling to enable HUD? I for information on ongame.fr: bwin. fr
