log in error at iPoker Network

hello my name is Niels Aage
I just bought 500 searches to try to use SharkScope HUD it works fine on all skins except the i-Poker network problem is that I can not log on i-poker network when I use SharkScope HUD gets error (incorect username or password Verify your account information and try again) can anyone help me with this problem

'if you are having a specific problem with the HUD you will need to email support@sharkscope.com for assistance, including your log file (c:\program files\sharkscope\log.txt) from immediately after the problem has occurred.
