If the HUD is showing the statistics in the wrong seat positions, and you are using a feature in the poker client that allows you to sit a in a specific seat you will need to configure this seat position in the HUD's Preferred Seat tab so that the HUD now knows what seat you have moved to.

Note, if you have previously moved the statistics boxes to different seats you will need to reset them to their default locations by going to the Overlays tab in the HUD and clicking "Reset HUD Layout".

If the statistics of a player still do not match those you see on the SharkScope website, please ensure that you do not have any filters on by going to the Filters tab and checking that the "Currently Selected Filter" box is empty.

Hello, I was able to solve this problem and the way you described above.

But the information is only correct in the first table I open, currently set at 6 tables, so that the information is only on the players right in the first table, from the second it's all mixed.

Can anyone help me?

Thank you.

I've been using sharkscope for a while but only this week upgraded to the HUD, buying 1000 searches a day. I swiftly cancelled payment though as it seriously struggles to keep up with play. I final tabled and the only stats were for myself (which didn't help much) and the short stack. No details on anyone else. That's not giving me much value for the expensive $431 a year I signed up for...... When first opening up the poker client, it performs fine on the first table opened, but as players come and go stat displays are left behind and new players arriving don't have any!! The deeper in to play I got, and the more I got moved from table to table, the worse things got. Most tables I was at had only 2 or 3 stat displays available, and the one beneath me certainly wasn't mine. And yes, of course I'd set the seating preferences correctly, seeing as when I started I had my correct stats.... I had no other software running simultaneously either, i.e HEM, so it's safe to say it just wasn't up to scratch. Shame really as I'd always valued sharkscope beforehand. I think the software needs improving, and the price needs reducing dramatically, seeing as HEM only costs $90. Once. How can $400+ a year be justified....?

As a note I was using 888 poker

Hi, the $400 a year for a SharkScope subscription plus the HUD is justified as its a great product that works perfectly for 99% users.

If you are having specific problems please contact support@sharkscope.com and we'd be happy to try figure out what's going on and fix it, or at least provide you with a refund if you are unhappy.

We work hard to test the HUD in as many configurations as possible but it is not possible to test platform combination out there, so in many cases if you haven't reported the problem to us, then we won't know about and can't attempt to fix it.

The most useful thing would be to provide support@sharkscope.com with your log.txt file immediately after a problem has happened.
