Ongame is going to roll out their new software which seemed to have changed completely from ground up.
At least GoalWin has already changed their skin to use this new software and more will follow soon.
The current version of the HUD doesn't seem to support it.
Starting the Goalwin client from the HUD tries to start the client but it soon vanishes and the HUD hangs up, until it offers to manually look for the client folder.
Any info about the future for the HUD and the new Ongame?
We're working on a fix, but its close to complete rewrite of our code I'm afraid so we're still not sure exactly how long its going to take to complete. It may be tomorrow but it may a few days longer, it depends on what issues arise. I'm sorry we can't give you anymore definitive at the moment.
That is definately good enough! The main thing is feedback - we just want to know that it's noticed and you are working on a fix on this. Of course it's quite a downer to be paying for a subscription to something I can't use at all, but at least there's hope in near future

After the update, the HUD places player stats to the wrong player seats now. I dont use "Preferred seat" option, so that is not the reason.
Has anyone else experienced the same?
The order will be correct if you change seat and sit to the seat at your HUD panel.
But I have a problem as well: my HUD doesn't change the stats when I go to a new table. (I play MTTs) It stops refreshing after a while and doesnt show new players anymore. Moreover when I exit sharkscope the HUD doesnt disappear.

Support doesn't seem to be interested in it at all, as you see on the link there 
If a few people could send us their log file (c:\program files\sharkscope\log.txt) immediately after this has happened that would be really helpful.

yes, I do.
the problem is appearing randomly. sometimes its fine, on other days it doesnt even start working (restart solves it) but usually it stops working when a table is switching.
We've fixed one more bug with the table switching in the latest release, so let us know if you encounter any more as there may still be some problem situations left that we don't know about.
