How to resolve the "msvcr71.dll not found" error

For some reason a required file is not getting installed by the HUD installer on some computers. We are looking into this problem and hope to have it resolved soon, but in the mean time if you hit this issues please download the following file and place it in your HUD install directory and this should make it work,
This is now fixed in 1.0.185.
