Ive uninstalled avast the antivirus but my hud still wont work with Carbon? i bought it on 23rd december for use with carbon and not been able to use it there yet. have updated new patches but?? is it me or the HUD??

Nice to see that your Stategic Business partner - LOCK, one of the skins on the merge gaming network, won't let you know when a release is happening and how to be pro-active in changing your software before they update... As you stated on Sunday Jan 16th that you hope to fix it by the end of next week, which is the 29th... having the HUD service not work for half a month is not acceptable... poor business model, showing how you don't even communicate with a strategic partner... weak...

We've just added support for the Merge 5.0 client in the latest HUD release 1.0.195.

just logged in to say the same thing - thing doesn't work AGAIN... funny how the moderator didn't address anything about compensation to the users..... doesn't have to be a cash refund.... how about add on another month for the outage.....

Unfortunately the HUD does not yet support the new 5.0 Merge software they recently released so if that's the version you have there isn't currently a way to get that working. We are working on adding support and are hopeful it will be done by the end of next week.
