Cannot download HUD installer because of trojan

im using Win7 and with Norton IS 2011 and i cant download the HUD installer even i remove it from quarantine because of trojan.
is there any way of getting the installer? pls help asap.
I'm afraid we are struggling to find a solution to this other than completely disabling Norton to work. We've contacted them to ask them to fix their problem, but they can take up to 3 weeks to respond to these issues, if they indeed fix it.
We'll continue to look, but our hands are a bit tied on this one at the moment unfortauntely.
