Imagine you are a Vegas bookie. What odds would you place on me to turn $100 into $2,500 by the end of the year without busting by playing 45's on Full Tilt?
Some facts:
Last year was my best year in 45's having profited $2,350
2009 games played: 571
Most 45's played in a month: 144
The plan:
I must start at the $1.25 level and can not move up until I reach my bankroll goal. If at anytime I bust, I fail. I must move down in stakes if my BR falls.
$0 -$150 = $1.25 45m
$151 - $300 =$5.50 45m
$301 - $750 = $11 45m
$751 - $2,500 = $26 4m
$2,500+ = GOAL!!!
What makes this challenging is that I have to work my way up. Making $2,500 would not be hard playing the $11 and $26 games. The hardest stage will be the $1.25 level. This is because of the 25% rake and the wild and unpredictable play at this micro level.
I think that there is a very good chance that I will get frustrated and impatient playing at the $1.25 level.
I think that there is some probablility that I will go bust.
I think that there is a decent chance that I will not reach my goal by the end of the year.
I'm interested to see what you guys think.
Like I said the toughest part will be the first level. I will have to overcome boredom and tilt. The $1.25 games play so much differently than the others. I am probably going to make a video reviewing one of my cashes in the $5.50 game recently. If interested, I'll keep you posted.

good luck on ur goal. i m trying to do the same thing, but im just trying to make as much money as possible. i hate playing low stackes also. so if you get by the low stakes with out any problems, can u give me tips on cashing in them. ty
