Are tools needed?

are tools needed in heads up sit n go's
i read so much about software such as pokertracker, holdem manager and so on being a must for online success.
i dont use any software at the moment n im winning.
what do u guys think? and if so what software tools are needed or strongly reccomended?

unless you are playing 6+ HU or like 12+ of any other SNG id say not to bother with it

I think it depends how many tables you play. If have you more than three tables up, it is almost impossible to keep tabs on how your different opponents are playing and a tool like pokertracker gives you those useful statistics on a player when you are put up against a difficult decision.
Also, hotkey tools like Table Ninja allow you to concentrate on strategy and decisions instead of fumbling around with your mouse and keyboard all the time.
