Teach me some Italian

A lot of blogs on here are in Italian and i just need to know some words to get the main idea of what the post is about.
any help on teaching me or any other english speaking person here some Italian would be cool.
maybe just post some of the main words or ideas that are usually posted so i might know at least two words.

Know what you mean. I scroll down the blogs see new comments and then realise it's one of the Italian blogs I can't read. I just assume I they want us all to read it they post in English as well.
