This is a hard question to answer. I guess it depends on what you're looking to learn. Your best bet is to look through the video category and find one that interests you. Generally the better ones have higher ratings and more comments, although there's some really good ones with no comments to.

Once you unlock a video, it's always available to you. there's a section in your profile that displays all of your unlocked videos.
