Hello guys, today sharkscope is not updating full tilt sngs,
it's not my problem cause i ''sharked'' many users and also their statistics
are not updated,

We're working on the problem, and have got some FullTilt coverage back, but it may take a few days to restore it fully. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
The HUD should be working however.

tourney selector seems to work for games over 50$

I cant find any SnGs at tilt either. I am trying with 6.50 turbos, have checked a few, all not found.
We are working on it but its not going to be a quick fix I'm afraid. The Tournament Selector and Search by Tournament ID queries will only be done once we have the tracking of results fully restored, and we don't yet an accurate time frame for that yet.
We are tracking pretty much all high and mid stakes games again now however and the rest will likely improve over time.
Guys I've only had my hi (your mid -staked) games tacked recently. I play mosty micro stakes atm so am really wanting you guys to sort this. I do have use of the HUD, the form reading will be pritty much useless untill you do.
I do really apprceiate the complexity of the task in hand for you. FT have really increased the level and complexity of data to be processed bet we really do value it. But you guys should appreciate there are alternative ranking tools for bigger stakes etc.......to finish i would like to state I DO REALLY LIKE SHARKSCOPE....but please!

seems like still misses like 50% of my games. is it possible to get the missed result from last weekend? would be nice since I possible had the best run in my hu sng career and want to see it in my graph.

This also happened last weekend when it failed to track 4 of my sitngo's on the saturday. Now it tracked 1 from earlier this morning but has failed to track my last 2 today.
it's missing more than 50% of the games, not worth the money.
Are they doing anything to compensate their paying customers? We're not getting the serviced we paid for. Provide a free month maybe?
Why has sharkscope not released any infromation on what is going on? I will not renew my subscription if this is not resolved.

yeah this is ridiculous. 9 days without tournament selector working for ftp. Why am i paying for the 1000 searches a day again?
What's the latest status of this? Do you anticipate to have this fixed sometime soon?
yes i too am trying for 1st time and newly changed to full tilt in December was having good run at time of breakdown and my needy stats were sold short am glad didnt just buy block search but still unsure wether to renew or not being only on $5-$10 games is fair chunk to pay per month if not going to give service. otherwise was happy with site

Yeah, this is getting really frustrating now.
Only 40 of my 95 games ($5 and $10 buy-ins) have been tracked since the beginning of March and over this period I’ve probably been on the biggest heater I’ve ever had. I was already on the verge of some of the leaderboards – something I’ve always strived for – but since then I’ve disappeared into the abyss.
To me, my Sharkscope graph is like a badge of honour, and whilst I may not be a high stakes player, I still pay the same search fees as them but feel I’m not getting equal service.
So, my questions are:
1. Does anyone have any idea when this will be completely fixed so that all stakes results are tracked?
2. Will all results since around the beginning of March (when the problem seemed to start) be updated? Note: I work in the software industry and in terms of bulk data imports whilst there will no doubt be a significant volume, in principal it would seem to me that it should be relatively straight forward.

It seems to be tracking again. missing 10 days or so, but seems to be back up, still cant find tourneys on tilt, but otherwise seems back to normal. Well see.
I wonder about sharkscopes silence about this in this thread. I would have expected more in the way of information updates.......
So how about it SSß What was up, and how is the future of SS and full tilt looking? Tilt is blocking data mining, and are the gonna target SS specifically? And it seems player searches are back to normal (will this continue) but tourney searches were still not this morning. Any updates here??

From my perspective
- FT has the majority of play. I play on many others too. SS is an essential too to monitor your own progress. I am affected by this as i am a microstakes player really. SS is working for me on all the other sites that i play on (PS/PKR/888)
- I've had nothing tracked below the $5 mark on FT since the begining of the month. All Higher stuff has been tracked but for me it does not really help as it rare for me to play outrside of broll.
- One assumes we are all in the same boat. So looking at the ss results for a certain player is consistant from player to player, so you can still make you judgements on the type of player your up against. BUT the form guide you just have to chuck in the bin
- ss suport section there are some responses here from ss - in the top two non sitcky threads - They definatly should inform us of such devlopments
I worked hard and played hundreds and hundreds of games to climb SS leaderboard, and if missing results of this month cant be recovered I would be sick, and leaderboards would be unreliable and worthless!
so i understand ftp is blocking the data mining.... is ss going to be able to get around it? or not?
Well, it seems like tracking is back up to normal. Tourney search is still down, but except for about 8-10 days of no tracking, all my results are up.
And for people who use SS as their tracking, any tracking except for gppd pld pen and paper - even if it is virtual pen and paper - in never going to be 100%. If you really want stats keep em yourself.
I use SS and HEM AND excel charts that I put together myself.....
The charts are the most reliable..... lol
my shark keeps not tracking.
Yesterday I asked livb112 if his shark was tracking properly and he confirmed that his shark never suffered any disfunction in tracking this month and was working perfectly as anyone can easily see.
