i purchased the sng guide this week and i would like to request a refund as it isnt atall what i was expecting, i am a very mathematical and anylitical player who plays on hard numbers and stats and this guide really doesnt offer it and i assumed with marks win rate and success he would of been aswell
not that the course wont benifit some players atall but i am a supernova player going for elite this year and wanted to add some sngs into my usual grind but the guide really isnt what i am looking for atall, so i would like to request a refund the videos are far to short and they just dont have enough information and hard facts like i need especially when i play the amount of volume i play i cannot 24 table without really disecting the game to its core without solid math
i have sent two emails but had no response so i thought id post it here feel free to delete this post once you reply to me via email as it could harm business of the guide for future buyers but as i havnt had a reply i thought id post it here

Unfortunately we don't offer refunds for purchases of the SNG Guide unless there is some technical problem such as inability to access the videos for example.
We provide typically the first 2 minutes of all our videos for free so that users can see exactly what we offer before you purchase, and if you have some specific request for subjects you'd like covered I'm sure pimpindonks would be more than happy to cover them in an upcoming video. So just let us know what you'd like to see and we'll get it added.
