Obviously K9s is an above average bvb hand...but I run into these situations alot in turbos and was just wondering if this call was +EV??

especially at the low stakes everybody for the most part is too tight. shove more and you will see your profits grow.
why do you have 5 big blinds?
super easy call. I would call that with 8 big blinds easily, especially if he was shoving on you a lot, and many more would call with more bigs and it would still be a good call.
i'm pretty sure you need to learn how to shove though.
