Improving game..

First off.. the numbers are still lagging far behind what seems to be at least +EV performance. Pretty standard beats and flips that I cannot seem to win in most crucial spots. At end of sess. crawled to 7th spot in a $10 45man when I got 99 in BB with 12bb in hand. The aggro SB made a standard steal raise when folded to him and obv. I shipped. He did show up with a monster hand in that spot but fortunately his 77 was thoroughly crushed by my 99! Unfortunately, that 24bb monster pot went his way. The thing about those bubble suckouts is they feel so unjust. Especially in this case, I had very strong / positive vibes about my game and felt played solid. But poker sometimes could be a bitch.. it's purely a numbers game. Honestly no hard feelings.

On a positive note.. I spent half a day (literally about 8hrs) working with SNG Wiz and really trying to get my ICM knowledge to where I could literally crush the game. I completed a 100 quiz for 98%, with just 2 omissions, which really could have gone either way. I find it that you could deviate from perfect ICM game now and than granted the general mood at the table at any given moment. So what tools like SNG Wiz lack is the 'context'. But obv. if you can do well with the ICM calc. then you should be a hugely profitable grinder, no doubt.

Oh.. also started work on a poker app. It's just something I feel ton of you grinders really would love to get their hands on. I've got a little prototype going.. in short, the tool is designed to help you track current and recent hands played in a convenient side bar. Imagine, playing 10 tabs.. and all those hands showing up on the side bar.. with pot amount and other pertinent information listed (such as hand quality.. in terms of range %). As you play through your session, your hands stream from top to bottom or left / right, whichever way you may prefer. You can quickly jump between hands (which would bring you to the table view) and/or review completed hand history (no more wasting precious moments hunting for finished hands etc). If you have any cool suggestions for the tool.. please throw them in. I promise to send a free copy of the beta tool to all those who might be interested. One thing for sure.. using this tool will be a +EV move for any serious grinder.

Good luck to all you grinders! I wish I never get to play you at the tabs.. as the fish already give me too much trouble lately Smile
