Running really bad....worst downswing ever for me :(

April was a pretty good month overall, 20k € profit thanks to some great results in the first half of the month....but it all had to come to a end. Since mid-April I have been on a 4k € downswing which has been the biggest I ever experienced since I started playing poker. So far I have't had a negative month since October 2009 and I really hope I can turn things around soon. I ran terribly in the FTOPS on Full Tilt and that cost me about 2k and even though I get close to final tables, I seem to always bust out 2-3 tables to the end of MTTs, which means losing a lot of money since we all know how top-heavy the payout structures of MTT are! I can still show a healthy 56k € profit in 2010 to date, but my new yearly target is 100k €, and lately I am not going in the right direction

This Friday I will also play a live tournament, this is a 750€ buy in tournament and I really hope to cash! I don't play much live poker as I find it a bit boring, mainly because I cant multitable, but this one is has a pretty significant buy in for my roll and therefore I am sure it will keep me focused! It will certainly be a good warm up for the WSOP - I will be travelling to Las Vegas on the 29th of May for 9 days and will play 3 events....this is my first time in Vegas and I hope all the parties won't take away my focus on poker!
