Cake splits high stakes sit n go traffic?

It appears that the Cake network has split its sit n go tournament traffic in two with a number of the Sport betting based skins now having a separate network/cage for their high stakes games of $100 and above. All of the poker focused skins are still part of the main cage.

This obviously reduces the high stakes traffic and liquidity of the Cake network as a whole so you have to wonder why they did it. The only reason I can think of would be if the Sports books themselves were keen to protect their high stakes fish from losing their money too quickly to the sharks on the poker specific skins. The fish losing their money at a slower rate would obviously benefit the sites for rake generation, and make these players more likely to lose it all to the sports book via sports betting.

Whatever the reason, there will be less high stakes fish on the main Cake network from now on.

Some of the skins in the "sports cage" are Sportsbook, Superbook and Sportsfanatik.
