Its total hall monitor bullshit. But what really gets me upset is how arbitrary they are about chat bans. Once I remember calling a mod and complaining about a guy who was calling another player a "n*gger" (which, of course, is actually offensive) and the mod just gave a warning to the table about foul language. Meanwhile, I drop one too many f-bombs and I have to serve detention for 6 months.

Also, there chat support team is trash too. Most of my bans have been directly after a heated dispute with another player that was simply being disrespectful. But, no matter how much you are in the right, the chat team continues to treat you like a child. I've often considered leaving stars altogether over their chat bullshit.
