plan in motion

well i have adhered to the plan somewhat. have been to the gym every weekday with the exception of last friday when i had one of those annoying days at work and come home and just wanted to relax, so instead of cooking dinner and going to the gym, i bought a take away, got a packet of cigarettes and some cider then went to the hostel i used to stay at and got wasted with some people that are still there from my time.

that put me back on saturday as well as i dont recall playing poker then and after going out on saturday i didnt play sunday.

with that said i weighed myself at the gym today and have lost a kilo. i definately feel myself stronger and have upped the amount of running and rowing i do on cardio days to help me lose weight. i now running 5k and rowing 3k and will hopefully increase that again soon. i used to run a lot back home so by the end of november i will run a 10k on the treadmill at the gym hopefully.

in poker i havent played as much as i would like but reckon i am up around $3/$400 in SNGs from the last post. i havent had much time to play but in the few games i have played i have done well.

i still find myself making mistakes i shouldn't be and i will hopefully eradicate them soon. i really feel i need table ninja or something to auto click time added for me so i can make decisions better without timing out and it would also allow me to add lots more games. but before table ninja i need a new laptop and before i can get a laptop i want a good percentage of the money i want to save in my bank so it will be a little while before i am playing 30 tables at a time

i have also played a bit of rush poker with my rakeback and am up a couple of hundred from it. it seems pretty abc at the 0.25/.50 level but to make anywhere near what i make at sngs i would need to play at a higher level which i dont have the bankroll nor the skill yet.

i am considering playing again on stars but having lost supernova status when i stopped playing poker i would be a bronze star which equates to pretty poor rakeback. i might try emailing stars to see if the could do soemthing about my status or perhaps give me a bonus for a month that would activate after a certain amount of games and would equate to the amount of money i would make from platinum star for the money. who knows, no harm in trying
