ok this is the transition week and next week is the start of the plan

so i have decided its good to keep a track of my goals and how i am progressing so i can see progress and keep myself motivated.

the areas i will be tracking are my fitness, weight, and poker money made. this is all for when i plan on leaving australia when the summer leaves so in around 6 months time unless i decide to move north and stay here for the winter.

fitness:

i joined the local gym for a weeks free trial last week and signed up on monday and will be going every weekday of the week and the weekend if i havent had some big nights out. i havent been to a gym in about 2 years so i have lost a lot of my strength but i am still relatively fit for being overweight. i will alternate betweem weight training and cardio with arms and chest one day followed by cardio then shoulders and back another day and repeat.

so at the moment not anywhere near as strong or built as i used to be and nowhere near as fit

weight: i weighed myself at the gym and came in at 98.6kg lol. when i was going to the gym regularly i was 88kg and i thought i still had a bit to lose so hopefully i can start shedding the kilos and get back close to at least that weight again.

money: i work at the moment and play poker staked part time but i often get days off work so i will try and get a lot of poker volume in on those days.

so i will take my money made from today and use that as my progress made. i played 62 games and made around $350 ($383.48 with rakeback) so around $278.48 for myself in my cut if i play the required games. obviously i dont take my cut everyday so what i made may go down as well as up in the coming weeks but if i were to split the profit today thats what i would be up in addition to what i am already up since the last time we profit shared.

i also made a nice little $400 from work yesterday and more from the work i done on tuesday and wednesday so i seem to be doing well money wise for the week. i am going to blow it over the weekend though as i need some clothes and have a few pricey activities planned.

so thats the plans documented. now its time to see the progess Smile
