$30k Guaranteed on Stars
Ohhhhh the fun of poker...I decided to play in the $30k guaranteed on Stars today and it was the same old scenario. Tell me if this tournament sounds familiar. It seems to be my favorite....
Start off Ok....Get like 2-3 hands early....then BAM...no cards for the next 75-100 hands. All the meanwhile, Im consistently looking for my +EV situations to play....but nothing! Get a few more decent hands....but can never get ahead of the average....Then get low on chips shove over a min raise with AKo....to my delight villain has Kh10h.....I flop A he flops 10.....looking excellent for my hand..basically he has 3 outs and then PRESTO MAGICO....I sadly watch my hand go from a 86% favorite to 95% dog......and turn =....of course...10....................................................HORRIBLE.

I guess that's poker! Sooooooooo in reflection I take 2 things away from this lovely tourney...
#1 - I obviously need to be more aggressive building my stack up earlier in the tournament so I am not constantly in these ALL IN situations...cause I know that you can only be knocked out when you are ALL IN....I get that.....but.......F*** it just seems like such a Fn crap shoot sometimes.....lol 
#2 - It's sooooo nice NOT to play for a living....
