Finding my Game...

Recently I've been a bit all over the place in terms of my game selection. I feel that multi-tabling MTT's can be profitable, but playing 6 hours a day to get 200 Iron Man pts on $6 buy ins is really tiring, and I'm not sure I can keep my concentration up for that long a period of time.

I've been trying to play some Turbo sngs instead. There are some advantages of playing them.

-They're shorter (I can keep my concentration up).
-Shorter games, shorter sessions overall. Gives me an option of having a time out if I'm making a lot of mistakes or running bad (or both). Also it gives me more time to have a life! And less pressure to play loads to get my Iron Man.
- I have a decent push/fold game. The experience from playing a lot of Super Turbos.
- Less variance then Super Turbos.
- RAKEBACK! In considering the MTTs, I forgot to factor in the rakeback, and I think that this is one of the biggest factors for bankroll building. With 100bb bankroll too I can play games that are higher limits with bigger rakes. My Super Turbos rules were that I could play $7.50 at $1200, $14+1 at $2400. Playing turbos at 100bb rule I can play $10+1 at $1000. The rake is much better value for me.

For now my rules until the New Year;

- 8 Table a mix of $6.50's and $11's until 200 Iron Man pts are met. Will probably be around 40 sngs.
- Add in $6.50 27 man MTTs and KO 90 mans.
- Add in some scheduled tournaments.

Maybe if I bankroll build higher I will concentrate my efforts of MTTing, but I know that a good solid TAG can work well in these games.
