So I'm back! Where did you go? I hear many of you guys totally not asking lol!

My mini holiday to Bournemouth was fun, it wasn't as good weather as it could be, but I appreciate the odd glimmers of warmness when it did happen. Warm weather + beaches is not very UK style at all. Kinda like as common as the queen being able to do a backflip (maybe she can??!).

It was really cool to see my friend, and to see that she's finally settled in and is happy. Job's great, location's great, and there's a healthy hip hop dance scene there too, which she's into. It was a chilled long 5 day weekend, and I'm glad I went. I didn't play poker, but did some reviewing of my horrendous stretch at the $16s.

One of the things that we talked a lot about was the Motivation 3.0 way of thinking. Enjoying the process of doing things, rather then focusing on the results. We realized that this can apply to just about everything in life, and once you think and motivate yourself this way, reaching your goals is inevitable. You will also enjoy the process of trying to reach your goal, instead of thinking that you will only be happy once you've reached it (you wont). It really was a great weekend, and to think I hadn't really taken that kinda holiday in a whole year! I'm planning to go to 2 places this year too, to make up for my Amishness last year, I'm thinking Thailand and New York.

I came home yesterday to find out that our internet is down. Apparently there is a problem with the line or something, and wont be fixed until next Monday.
Dongle to the rescue!! Times like this I'm so happy I bought this, and even tho its completely dial up style snail speeds, I'm still able to happily 16 table SNGs without it cutting off or slowing down. Dope!

But this means no downloading for a week! I'm gonna die... No House MD, High Stakes Poker, Lost (I think it sucks but still have to watch it), and no South Park! Am I as desperate to go to my local Internet Cafe and download it there? Only time will tell... [I will] That's what happens when you get an external 1T HD, and omgomg its filled up already wtf...

I finally got my prop bet winnings by everyone today, I'm glad that there weren't any non payers. My roll is basically at $2k now, and I've decided to continue to play the $6s but with $16s mixed in until $2400, then I'll just play $16s. Currently did 5 $16s and 11 $6s this morning, and after 55 games I'm up $250! Blam! Pow! Zap! [Insert more 60s Batman fight scene words here]

Hopefully things will continue to go well, and I'll keep on going up up up! It never feels like your running good tho, just feels like your NOT running bad.
