Luck Off!
Came across an interesting article today, where psychologists did experiments on people that believed that they were lucky and unlucky. So what characteristic traits did these lucky people have?
Well they discovered 4 main ones from "lucky" people;
1. They are skilled at creating and noticing chance opportunities.
2. They make lucky decisions by listening to their intuition.
3. They create self-fulfilling prophesies via positive expectations.
4. They adopt a resilient attitude towards bad luck and transforms it into good.
These traits were adopted by the "unlucky" people, and they feel much luckier now, thank you!
Of course being of a positive mind has been emphasized in many self help books and movies like "The Secret" talk about self prophasization. The secret isn't really such a secret after all, although they package it in some crazy Scientology style.
There's no doubt in my mind that I'm a big freakin' luckbox now at SNGs. Or at least that's how others perceive me. Making weird looking shoves and calls in end game make me look like a luckbox, but I know that its correct and the best decision to make.
January Puyan would complain about how lucky May Puyan is. But, make your own luck, and keep taking money off those who are complaining that poker is rigged. Pokerstars looooove rigging players even tho they take the rake no matter what happens in the hand. (That's sarcasm btw)
Luck is a state of mind. I don't even believe in it. Sorry guys, just like God, there's no such thing as luck imo. Just randomness...
June 1st had my biggest winning day so far, +$518 in 108 STT $16s and $6s. Course since then the last few days have been pretty tough break even games, but I know its only a matter of time before I crush again...
May you all have a lucky attitude, and make money off those guys who are crossing their fingers, wearing their lucky bracelets, and holding on to their four leaf clovers!

keep crushing brother fight the power!
