Hardest Working Donk
Honestly, I think its gotta be me. At least for March anyways! I got coaching, loooads of studying and watching vids. Lots of practicing and SNG wizzing. Even a prop bet (which is nearly over and SUPER close) to keep me motivated! All this adds up to a fairytale ending of being up a good $1500! Wait, no, sorry I was dreaming again wasn't I? Dammit!!! Patience is a virtue, people say... I wonder if their still waiting?
There's no doubt I'm a much better player then last month. Last week even. Hell even better then yesterday! But confidence is shattered by blistering beats that poker gods continuously give me. I've seen KK hold up less times then a midget trying to rob a wrestling gym with his bare hands. No? Erm... less times then a skinny person carrying a huge hiking backpack. No? Ah, fuck it with the analogies... THEY'RE NOT HOLDING UP GODDAMMIT!
What really surprises me the more I play these is how there are so many break even regs. Probably only 6-8 good winning regs at these stakes, and I see mistakes all over the place.
So I'm learning, big deal... what does it count for really if I don't win? Meh, maybe this is my vent (seem to be venting a lot these days), but I'm working hard and expecting results. High expectations, I'm my own asian parents to myself, in some fucked up way (my asian parents are toooootally not strict at all).
