The 5500!

Wassuppooo fellow readers, and a happy October to you! Not that October is an awesome month or anything, in fact I find these months more depressing coz its a reminder that summer is moving further and further away from us.

However, remember guys this is England, land of the topsy turvy and cups of tea! The last week we've been experiencing lovely warm 18C (64F) temperatures which if I'm not mistaken is like warmer then most of our days in summer this year!

Anywayzzzzzzz this is a POKER blog remember, Puyan, lol I'm talking about the weather like force making a conversation with a girl chodestyle! How to get pied (**London slang of getting rejected by a girl, "Pied in the face"**) immediately!

I have had an awesome start to October, managing 7 winning days in a row. No redness in my charts yet, and amazing running above EV the past few days.

This is due to me making a number of adjustments to my game, and quite frankly I'm glad I made them whether I was winning or not. I'm coming to an understanding that blindly following rules coz that's what *others* do is retarded if you don't understand WHY we're doing it. If we understand it, we can adapt it, morph it, or even reject it and do something else. I feel liberated playing now, not robotic, not "this is correct, this is incorrect" way of playing poker. Things are done for a reason... but the reason should not be "because [insert winning player who does vids on poker training site] says so.

The title of this blog is five five 00... my "jinxed" number... $5500. I've never gone past this number in profits. I've come close 2 times and got hit down both times, but this time I feel that I will make it!

There's no doubt that it has sucked not being super profitable the last 3 months, but I think its all a learning experience and I'm a stronger player coz of it. I'm gonna crush!! Hong Kong and Thailand I'm no my way!!!
