2011 First 1/4th of year
i'll attempt to keep this semi brief with a bunch of graphs. my overall goal for 2011 is to profit $25k from poker and attempt the same thing next year with more profit, if i don't make my goal then i may get a 'real' job and play poker on the side. 
So far this year has not really gone how i wanted it to and its all my fault. I am not putting in the time and dedication that i would like to. I'm not sure if i can fix that at all or not so we'll see what happens.
I'm shooting for supernova again this year and am currently at 21,700 vpps so slightly behind pace.
I've been playing a lot of 50NL HU the past few weeks, here's the graph for that below.
I've played a decent amount of everything this year. random buy ins of the new fifty fifty's for close to breakeven, which sucks cause the play is so bad in them. I played $12 45's and made a bit then stopped. Bearly above even playing 30k hands 50nl CAP, thats just a game to grind out VPPs i think and not make much profit in the game.
I decided about a week ago to give some $12 180's a go and try and get one of my many many goals from the 2011 Goals thread done.
well i played some on 4 different days, and the graph that goes straight up is from one day, graph below, one of those days i played 18 games and min cashed, 8th,3rd,2nd,1st,1st. so really good day. CRAZY GOOD
according to OPR i'm up about $1,000 playing tourneys
according to PTR i'm up about $600 from cash games
as far as poker I am confident in making $6k from making Nova again and hoping to play more and more and get to grinding out those goals from the 2011 goals thead and making an ok amount of money.
I should stop playing video games to play more poker but i need my breaks from poker and not much else to do so still going after achievements for 360 and playing a bunch of games and knocking out some of my goals that deal with xbox 360, if you feel like playing xbox with me or trying to get achievements or something check out the xbox 360 thread.
Good luck to everybody for the next 9 months. hope things run better for you than they have for me so far this year (minus that sick sick day of 180's), (note to self, play more $12 180's).

well in january last year i made 33k vpps playing $52 DON's, then after making $3k profit i stopped playing them. ( I'm a fucking idiot). then i played some 200PLO HU and 6max, lost a few thousand from that. then grinded random shit. then end of the year i had under $100 in my account grinding 10nl cash to get there.
now i'm playing, well kind of everythin again. who knows where i'll be at the end of the year.
the key anywhere is volume, but play something you win at.
Good shyt with the 180's bro. I've heard those are soft up to the $12 bi and probably even higher, was thinking of giving them a go myself...Was wondering if you could give me a estimated break down of what you played last tear to achieve SN? I've seen you around a lot and thought we played relatively the same bi's but I am no where in the hunt for SN lol. Was wondering if its cus you play way more than me or if it's cus the cash games that bring you over the top? Thanks and gl!
