still grinding
Played about 70 today ($3 18 player). First session was a bit rubbish, only played 24 and booked a $4 loss. 2nd session was far better and i played around 50 for a profit of around $40. Im happy with 11 buy ins up for the day, however i am not happy about the fact that i got heads up 12 times and won wait for it ZERO times. I got it in good (60/40 70/30 etc) about 9 out of the 12 and i still lost them all. I need to work on heads up a bit but i do feel like a i get seriously unlucky when i got to heads up today. The times i was bad i would shove A8 suited into 1010 or something lame like that. But ah well im up a healthy amount on the day taking into account the size of stake im playing. Ill soon have rolled myself for the $6 again and will take another shot at increasing my ROI in the to more than 5%. Running at 21% over 164 in the $3 though and im real happy with that. wow, HU 12 times and lost em all..........and still had 15% roi. wow. just unlucky i guess if you are getting it in good all the time.
when you are getting to HU are you the short stack or big stack most times?
