Dont worry i turned it around today which has confirmed to me how bad i must have been running yesterday. I wasnt getting it in ahead yesterday ie shoving 4BB with JJ into QQ or QQ into KK etc etc and was losing when i was ahead, but today normal service resumes and i book a small profit of about $1 a tourn whis is about 28% roi or something. overall up $30 ish 
Seems slightly drastic.
