A question on rakeback on FullTilt
Hi guys... I'd like to know if there is a site offering rakeback on FullTilt even if someone already has an active account.
I created my account on jan-2008 and never subscribed a rakeback program and now I'd like to do it but I find only sites that require you to create a new account
Any suggestion?

I tried to open a second account on Fulltilt quite awhile ago, there wasn't any objections for awhile till the did a massive investigation on all the regulars play Super Turbos (suspected bots or occluding I believe since I got reburst a bunch of money). Anyways during their investigation they found that I had the other account so they gave me the boot. Got all my money back which was a relief think i had a 3K in there, but can't play there anymore which is quite disappointing yet in the grand scheme of things if I can't get rakeback its not worth playing there.
I have heard since then that they have offered a few people with existing accounts to get rakeback. Maybe send them an email asking if you qualify.
Honestly I don't know how they manage to keep as many regs as they do without offering rakeback, guess most of them came from Party and knew how to get rakeback in the first place.
I agree with the above, I didnt need to start a 2nd account. Rakebackpros.com is for full tilt. They offer 27%. I havent heard of a better deal for FT. You just sign up and register there and they will send a request to FT to approve you. I sent a follow up to FT after I registered there and it took no more than a day or two.
There's on site which provides rakeback for existing players at FTP - it's RakebackPros.

To get it, it's completely another story.
First you need to convince FTP that you're avaluable player and in case you won't get any rakeback in the nearest future, you'll stop playing at FTP and go to some rival poker room instead. Got to be blunt in that case.
Otherwise you'll get an answer similar to "We're glad to offer a deal but unfortunately it's not possible at the moment. However we can let you know if the next bunch on players are gathered bla bla". Same goes for an answer from RakebackPros.
In other words, they very politely give you the sweet middle finger.
I spent 11 month waiting for a notice from RakebackPros after my first email to them. I truly believed that they'll contact me regarding my deal. How very naive.
Nothing happened before I started to "harrass" FTP and made my point very clear, saying I'm ready to move over to PokerStars.
Two days later I got the deal.
The happy end.
Fulltilt is really missing the boat here, what most people don't realize is that rakeback is going to someone even if you aren't getting. Its associated with probably whatever banner you first clicked to visit fulltilt site.
When I was there it was probably 600+/ month a person was making just because I clicked on their banner when opening account 6months before.
The problem they are facing now is they have promised these advertisers this money, but now every high volume player wants their share of rakeback too.
Either way they are missing out on tons of high volume players just because of this. Its too bad they added this option to get rakeback after the fact, I really did enjoy playing there.
Sometimes a follow up email to support at FT is all you need to push them along. Just tell them you'll be forced to close the account and play at Pokerstars if it isnt approved immediately. It worked for me.
If you do find a better setup with a good rakeback be sure to let us know.
Hi Guisnun,
I don´t wanna read all those comments, so I just tell u that I have an account at FullTilt since maybe beginning of 2008 and half a year ago, I signed up at Rakebackpros.com.
On their homepage, they tell you to send an email with your screenname, so they can look whether rakeback is possible or not.
Well, in my case it was!
I guess people only have a problem, if they use some bonus-offers while they create a new account. I have never entered anything, cuz I knew I wouldn´t play this much to get anything paid out of it.
So, if you kept it the same way, just send a mail to rakebackpros.com.

Here's a statement from one of the rakeback sites for existing FT account holders.
Existing Full Tilt Poker Account Rakeback – Your Choices
While many players simply create new accounts at Full Tilt Poker and gain rakeback this way, we do not recommend this course of action. This is against the Ts and Cs of Full Tilt and has resulted in funds being frozen in the past.
Many other players create an account in the name of a friend or loved one and gain rakeback this way. While this is again against the Ts and Cs of the site it is risky for different reasons – that if you fall out with the person whose name you have used then your funds could be at risk. Ensuring that you clear cookies and uninstall / re-install the software is vital if you do choose to use either of these non-recommended methods Please bear in mind that Rakeback-Planet does not support or condone either of the above methods of getting rakeback for an existing Full Tilt Poker account.
A 3rd option for those looking for rakeback for old Full Tilt Poker accounts is to simply choose another deal from the growing number of poker networks – there is a good chance that you will actually be surprised how soft the games are at places such as Cake Poker or Carbon Poker compared to those you are used to, here is the information you need:
