It's so hard to wait
It's about 1000 tourneys, now, that I'm quite break even, and it's really hard to wait for the bankroll to grow up and for the sharkscope graph to bump up. I write this short post just to vanish this ugly feeling. I have tried to change this motionless trend playing on other poker rooms, but it's always the same: everytime I start a session I suffer many bad beats (quite often on the river, as usual) and only after several hours I manage to regain what I have lost and go break even.
I'd try to play other tourney's type (hu, mtt, ...) but, on the poker room I play, HUs aren't rewarded with bonus/rakeback and MTTs don't fill in a reasonable amount of time.
So... what to do? Take a break or just continue to play, waiting for this flat trend to end?

I would recommend reading Colin Moshman's books. He wrote one on sit and go career play and one on heads up; I think that both are really well written.
I would also get sit n go wizard, they offer a free 30-day trial, and import and analyze your games.
You need to be real honest with yourself when looking at your game and see if there is anything that you could have done differently.
Sit n gos are a grind and you are going to have upswings and downswings and you will grind your profits out slowly. You just need to be patient.

play cash games on absolute..they are a joke!
